SWRK 677 : Ethical and Legal Issues
A critical evaluation approach to understanding and resolving ethical issues encountered in practice in the Mental Health Field will be taught in the context of a professional value base, the current legal framework and the evolving metwork of mental health services in Quebec. Knowledge of legal processes and requirments which are a routine part of intervention practices will be provided at an applied level. Empahsis will be on issues which constitute reality for Mental Health practitioners.
