SWRK 482 : Mental Health and Illness
An overview of practice in the field of mental health and illness, as a base for practicums in related settings. Content includes basic understanding of mental illness, its impact on patients of all ages and their families, current approaches to prevention and treatment, cultural and ethical issues, and future orientations.
