CPL2 533 : Developing Leadership Skills

Course Description

This course presents an overview of leadership theories and
applications. It provides students with an understanding of
why and how leadership skills are critical to organizational
success. Students will learn to apply and develop their own
leadership skills to work effectively with others in an
organizational setting.
